Requiring the department of parks and recreation to replace trees within 18 months.

This bill would require the department of parks and recreation to replace any tree under its jurisdiction within 18 months after it falls or is removed due to disease, damage, or death, unless the department finds that the location is no longer suitable for tree planting.
