Requiring the department of consumer and worker protection to implement an outreach and education campaign regarding the Temporary Schedule Change Act.
This bill would require the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection to conduct an ongoing outreach and education campaign on the Temporary Schedule Change Act. The outreach and education campaign would require employers to distribute written and electronic materials created by the department to their employees.
