A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring cooperative corporations to provide financial information to prospective purchasers of cooperative apartments
This bill would require any cooperative corporation to disclose its finances to a prospective purchaser whose offer to purchase an interest and right to reside in the cooperative corporation has been accepted. The financial information would have to be provided within 14 days of a request by the prospective purchaser.
