Int 1009-2018
Requiring automated external defibrillators and trained personnel at all city pool facilities.
This bill would require the Department of Parks and Recreation to provide an automated external defibrillator (AED) at every pool facility under its jurisdiction that has a capacity of over 100 people. It would also require that at least one employee trained to use an AED be present during all hours of pool operation.
