This bill would require New York City elected officials and agency heads to submit an annual report detailing the total amount of money spent on branded materials in the previous calendar year. The report would include an itemized list of expenditures, including the type of branded materials purchased, quantity purchased, and associated cost. Elected officials and agency heads would be required to submit these reports to the Speaker of the Council and the Mayor and make them available to the public on their respective websites.
