Requiring all schools to stock airway clearance devices, and to repeal section two of such local law upon the expiration thereof.
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring all schools to stock airway clearance devices, and to repeal section two of such local law upon the expiration thereof
This bill would require all schools to stock airway clearance devices. Additionally, for each school year, this bill would require the Department of Education to report the number of airway clearance devices made available in each school building and the number of instances airway clearance devices were used during an emergency, disaggregated by school building. However, such reporting requirement would cease after 5 years.
