Int 1498-2025
Requiring agencies to use e-mail as the default method for providing official notices.
This bill would require all city agencies to send official notices via e-mail unless the agency does not have an e-mail address on file. Agencies that send out official notices would be required to collect e-mail addresses. Individuals that wish to receive other types of official notices would be allowed to opt-out.
