Int 0087-2024
Requiring the administration for children’s services and the department of probation to report on juvenile justice statistics.
In response to Raise the Age, an expanded number of justice involved youth will be under the jurisdiction of the Administration for Children’s Service. This legislation would expand existing reporting requirements in the Administrative Code to more closely adhere to legal classifications of the juvenile justice population.
