Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections re-confirming the appointment by the Council of VIRGINIA MICHELS DENT as a member of the Board of Directors of the New York City Soil and Water Conservation District. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which was referred to on January 7, 2003, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to section 6 of the New York State Soil and Water Conservation Districts Law, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the re-confirmation by the Council of VIRGINIA MICHELS DENT as a member of the Board of Directors of the New York City Soil and Water Conservation District to serve for the remainder of a three-year term that began on January 1, 2001, and expires on December 31, 2003.
