Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections disapproving the reappointment By the Borough President of Staten Island of JOHN MEROLO as a Member of the City Planning Commission. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which referred to on July 26, 2001, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to Section 31 and Section 192(a) of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections hereby disapproves the reappointment by the Staten Island Borough President of JOHN MEROLO as a Member of the City Planning Commission, for the remainder of a term which will expire on June 30, 2006. Res. No. 2056 RESOLUTION DISAPPROVING THE REAPPOINTMENT BY THE STATEN ISLAND BOROUGH PRESIDENT OF JOHN MEROLO AS A MEMBER OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION By Council Member Povman RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 31 and Section 192(a) of the New York City Charter, the Council does hereby disapprove the reappointment by the Staten Island Borough President of JOHN MEROLO, as a member of the City Planning Commission for the remainder of a term which will expire on June 30, 2006.
