Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections consenting to the reappointment of JAMES CHIN to the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections to which was referred on July 26, 2001, respectfully, REPORTS Pursuant to Sections 46 and 661 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections hereby consents to the reappointment of JAMES CHIN to the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals, for a six year term which expires on July 10, 2007.
