Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the re-appointment by the Mayor of ELIAS AROUT as a member of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: REPORTS Pursuant to sections 31 and 2301 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Mayor of ELIAS AROUT as a member of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission to serve for the remainder of a seven-year term that began on February 1, 2001 and expires on January 31, 2008. This matter was referred to the Committee on September 30, 2003. Res.
