Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment by the Mayor of RUDY WASHINGTON as a member of the New York City Civil Service Commission. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to sections 31 and 813 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of RUDY WASHINGTON as a member of the New York City Civil Service Commission to serve for the remainder of a six-year term that expires on March 21, 2009. This matter was referred to the Committee on August 19, 2003. Res.
