Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the re-appointment by the Mayor of ALADAR GEZA GYIMESI as a member of the New York City Tax Commission. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to sections 31 and 153 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Mayor of ALADAR GEZA GYIMESI as a member of the New York City Tax Commission to serve for the remainder of a six-year term that expires on January 6, 2008.
