Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment by the Mayor of YUEN YEE CHRISTOPHER KUI as a member of the New York City Planning Commission. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, which was referred to on March 12, 2003, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to sections 31 and 192 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of YUEN YEE CHRISTOPHER KUI as a member of the New York City Planning Commission to serve for the remainder of a five-year term that will expire on June 30, 2003.
