The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, which was referred to on March 12, 2003, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to sections 31 and 192 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Mayor of ANGELA MARY BATTAGLIA as a member of the New York City Planning Commission to serve for the remainder of a five-year term that will expire on June 30, 2007.
