Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the re-appointment by the Council of PHILIP WEINBERG as a member of the New York City Hazardous Substance Advisory Board. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which was referred to on December 18, 2002, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to section 24-717(b) of the New York City Administrative Code, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Council of PHILIP WEINBERG as a member of the New York City Hazardous Substance Advisory Board to serve for the remainder of a three-year term that began on August 10, 2000, and expires on August 9, 2003. Res. No. 648 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RE-APPOINTMENT BY THE COUNCIL OF PHILIP WEINBERG AS A MEMBER OF THE NEW YORK CITY HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE ADVISORY BOARD. By Council Member Comrie RESOLVED, that pursuant to section 24-717(b) of the New York City Charter, the Council does hereby approve the re-appointment of PHILIP WEINBERG as a member of the New York City Hazardous Substance Advisory Board to serve for the remainder of a three-year term that began on August 10, 2000, and expires on August 9, 2003.
