Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the recommendation of MICHAEL SHOULTZ as a member of the New York City Youth Board. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, which was referred to on December 18, 2002, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to section 734 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the recommendation by the Council of MICHAEL SHOULTZ, as a member of the New York City Youth Board to serve for an undefined term.
