The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which was referred to on September 25, 2002, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to sections 31 and 192(a) of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Brooklyn Borough President of DOLLY WILLIAMS as a Member of the New York City Planning Commission to serve for the remainder a five-year term expiring on June 30, 2007.
