The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which was referred to on September 12, 2002, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to section 2602 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Angela Mariana Freyre as a member of the New York City Conflicts of Interest Board to serve for the remainder of a six-year term that expires on March 31, 2004.
