Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment by the Mayor of GLENN LLYOD NEWMAN as President of the New York City Tax Commission The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which was referred to on August 15, 2002, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to sections 31 and 153 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Glenn Lloyd Newman, as President of the New York City Tax Commission to serve for the remainder a six-year term expiring on January 6, 2008. Res. No. 490 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR OF GLENN LLYOD NEWMAN AS PRESIDENT OF THE NEW YORK CITY TAX COMMISSION. By Council Member Comrie RESOLVED, that pursuant to sections 31 and 153 of the New York City Charter, the Council does hereby approve the appointment by the Mayor of Glenn Lloyd Newman as President of the New York City Tax Commission to serve for the remainder of a six-year term expiring on January 6, 2008.
