The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which was referred to on May 8, 2002, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to section 2602 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of STEVEN BRUCE ROSENFELD as a member of the New York City Conflicts of Interest Board for the remainder of a six-year term that began on April 1, 2002 and expires on March 31, 2008.
