Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment by the Mayor of NOACH DEAR as a Member of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which was preconsidered on December 19, 2001 respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to Section 31 and Section 2301 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of NOACH DEAR, as a Member of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission for the remainder of a seven year term, which will expire on January 31, 2008 Res.
