Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the reappointment by the Mayor of STANLEY K. SCHLEIN as a Member of the New York City Civil Service Commission. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which was referred to on December 11, 2001, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to Sections 31 and 812 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections hereby approves the reappointment of STANLEY K. SCHLEIN (Democrat) as a Member of the New York City Civil Service Commission, to serve for the remainder of a six year term, which commenced on March 22, 1999 and will expire on March 21, 2005. Res.
