Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment of MICHAEL J. REGAN as a Member of the Board of Corrections. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which preconsidered on December 19, 2001, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to Section 626 of Chapter 25 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections hereby approves and refers to the entire City Council for appointment of MICHAEL J. REGAN as a Member of the Board of Corrections, to serve for the remainder of a term which began on October 13, 1996 and will expire on October 12, 2002. Res. No. 2189 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND REFERRING TO THE ENTIRE CITY COUNCIL FOR APPOINTMENT OF MICHAEL J. REGAN AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF CORRECTIONS.
