Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment of JOSEPH B. ROSE as a Member of the City Planning Commission. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which preconsidered on August 22, 2001, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to Section 31 and Section 192(a) of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections hereby approves the appointment of JOSEPH B. ROSE as a Member of the City Planning Commission, for the remainder of a term, which began on July 1, 2001 and expiring on June 30, 2006. Res.
