The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which referred to on July 26, 2001, respectfully, REPORTS Pursuant to Section 31 and Section 2301 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of MATTHEW W. DAUS as Chair of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission for the remainder of a seven year term, which will expire on January 31, 2003. Res.
