Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment by the Mayor of ESTRELLITA BRODSKY as a Member of the New York City Art Commission. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which referred to on May 9, 2001, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to Section 31 and Section 851 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of ESTRELLITA BRODSKY as a Member of the New York City Art Commission, for the remainder of a three year term, which will expire on December 31, 2003.
