The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which referred on on April 25, 2001, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to Section 31 and Section 192 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections hereby approves the appointment by the Borough President of Brooklyn, of MARILYN G. GELBER , as a member of the City Planning Commission for the remainder of a term which will expire on June 30, 2002. Res.
