Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the reappointment by the Mayor of ALEXANDER GARVIN as a member of the City Planning Commission. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which referred to on August 23, 2000, respectfully, REPORTS Pursuant to Section 31 and Section 192(a) of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the reappointment by the Mayor of ALEXANDER GARVIN as a member of the City Planning Commission, for the remainder of a term which will expire on June 30, 2004. Res.
