Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment by the Borough President of the Bronx of KENNETH KNUCKLES as a member of the City Planning Commission The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which referred to on July 27, 2000, respectfully, REPORTS Pursuant to Section 31 and Section 192(a) of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Bronx Borough President of KENNETH KNUCKLES as a member of the City Planning Commission, for a term beginning July 1, 2000 and which will expire on June 30, 2005.
