Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment by the Borough President of Staten Island of JOHN MEROLO as a member of the City Planning Commission The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which referred to on July 27, 2000, respectfully, REPORTS Pursuant to Section 31 and Section 192(a) of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Staten Island Borough President of JOHN MEROLO as a member of the City Planning Commission, for the remainder of a term which will expire on June 30, 2001.
