Reappointment of David S. Lande to the Civil Service Commission

REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE ON RULES, PRIVILEGES AND ELECTIONS Approving the Reappointment by the Mayor of DAVID S. LANDE as a member of the Civil Service Commission of New York City The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which was referred to on October 27, 1999, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to Section 31 and Section 813 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections hereby approves the reappointment of DAVID S. LANDE, (a Republican from Manhattan), as a Member of the Civil Service Commission for the remainder of a six year term, which commenced on March 22, 1999 and expires on March 21, 2005. RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REAPPOINTMENT OF DAVID S. LANDE AS A MEMBER OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION OF NEW YORK CITY By Council Member Povman: RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 31 and Section 813 of the New York City Charter, the Council does hereby approve the reappointment of DAVID S. LANDE, (a Republican from Manhattan), as a Member of the Civil Service Commission of New York City. Mr. Lande's reappointment will be for the remainder of a six year term which commenced on March 22, 1999 and will expire on March 21, 2005.
