Int 1262-2016
Regulating the use of uniforms by the department of correction for court appearances.
This bill requires the Department of Correction to produce inmates for trial or grand jury appearances in their personal clothing, and where such clothing is not available the Department must provide inmates adequate non-uniform clothing. Such clothing must also be provided to inmates released from a court.
