Regulating the use of conducted electrical weapons by the NYPD.
This bill would require the New York City Police Department to provide all appropriate personnel with conducted electrical weapons, as well as training on the proper usage of such weapons. The bill would also require a yearly report on the usage of these weapons, including any injuries they caused.
