Queens Plaza/Court Square BID
This bill would authorize an increase in the amount that the Queens Plaza/Court Square Business Improvement District (“BID”) could collect and spend annually, expand the existing boundaries of the BID, and change the method of assessment upon which the district charge is based as set forth in the BID’s amended district plan.
