Designation of Minority Whip

Pursuant to Rule 4.10 of the Council of the City of New York and Paragraph 5 of the Bylaws of the Minority Delegation of the same, I hereby designate and appoint Inna Vernikov as Minority Whip of the Council of the City of New York, for the term which commenced on January 1, 2024, effective January 3, 2024.
