Sidewalk Cafe, 296-300 Third Avenue, Manhattan(19985360TCM)
Pursuant to Rule 11.20b of the Council and Section 20-226(g) of the New York City Administrative Code, the Counsil resolves that the action of the Department of Transportation approving an unenclosed sidewalk cafe located at 296-300 Third Avenue at 23rd Street, Borough of Manhattan shall be subject to review by the Council.
