Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Procedure Applicatin Number 990095 PPK, located at various sites shall be subject to review by the Council.
