Publication of bylaws by borough boards, community boards, and advisory bodies.

Summary

This bill would require every community board, borough board, or advisory body to publish, in a searchable, non-proprietary, and machine-readable format, its bylaws on its own or other city-owned websites. Every community board, borough board, or advisory body would also be required to update such published bylaws no later than two weeks after those entities make any changes to their bylaws.
