A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to providing information about obtaining counsel at the first point of contact during a covered proceeding

This bill would require the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) to provide information about where to access legal services for parents or guardians after ACS makes contact for the first time with such parents or guardians at the onset of an ACS child protective investigation, or an ACS child protective response.
