Int 1379-2016
Prohibiting discrimination in public contracting.
This bill would make it unlawful for a city agency to deny any person a public contracting opportunity because of their actual or perceived race, creed, color, national origin, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or alienage or citizenship status.
