Int 1244-2018
Prohibiting certain unsolicited disclosures of intimate images.
This bill would makes it a misdemeanor for a person to send an unsolicited sexually explicit video or image to another person with intent to harass, annoy or alarm such other person. The bill would impose a penalty of up to one year in jail, or a fine of up to $1,000, or both.
