Int 0859-2018
Permits authorizing gas restoration after an emergency shut-off.
This bill would require the Department of Buildings to confirm receipt of a request for inspection of gas repairs and perform the inspection within 5 days in all residential buildings where gas has been shut off due to safety concerns.
