Pedicab fares.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to pedicab fares

This bill would require the Commissioner of Consumer and Worker Protection to set fixed per minute rates for pedicab rides. Such rates would be indexed to inflation in a manner determined by the Commissioner.
