A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to notice for the installation of bioswales, rain gardens, or other bioretention systems

This bill would require the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to notify the local Council Member when DEP installs a new bioswale, rain garden, or other bioretention system in the public right-of-way.
