Making the department of parks and recreation responsible for the improvement of street medians.

This bill would make the department of parks and recreation responsible for the execution of local law number 94 for the year 2024, which requires the city to improve at least one mile of paved medians every two years until 2046. The department of parks and recreation would collaborate with the department of transportation in order to implement these improvements.
