KUPFERMAN as a Member of the New York City Civil Service Commission The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which was referred to on January 24, 2001, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to Sections 31 and 812 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections hereby approves the appointment of STEPHANIE E. KUPFERMAN (Republican Party) as a Member of the New York City Civil Service Commission, to serve for the remainder of a six year term, which commenced on March 22, 1997 and will expire on March 21, 2003.
