Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment by the Mayor of IRIS WEINSHALL as a member of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, which was referred to on April 9, 2003, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to sections 31 and 2301 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of IRIS WEINSHALL as a member of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission to serve for the remainder of a seven-year term that began on February 1, 2003 and will expire on January 31, 2010. Res. No. ___ RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR OF IRIS WEINSHALL AS A MEMBER OF THE NEW YORK CITY TAXI AND LIMOUSINE COMMISSION. By Council Member Comrie RESOLVED, that pursuant to sections 31 and 3021 of the New York City Charter, the Council does hereby approve the appointment by the Mayor of IRIS WEINSHALL as a member of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission to serve for the remainder of a seven-year term that began on February 1, 2003 and will expire on January 31, 2010.
