Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the re-appointment by the Council of MARK ANDREW IZEMAN as a member of the Citywide Recycling Advisory Board. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, which was referred to on December 18, 2002, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to section 16-319 of the New York City Administrative Code, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Council of MARK ANDREW IZEMAN, as a member of the Citywide Recycling Advisory Board to serve for the remainder of a one-year term that began on November 26, 2002 and expires on November 25, 2003. Res. No. 643 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RE-APPOINTMENT BY THE COUNCIL OF MARK ANDREW IZEMAN AS A MEMBER OF THE CITYWIDE RECYCLING ADVISORY BOARD. By Council Member Comrie RESOLVED, that pursuant to section 16-319 of the New York City Administrative Code, the Council does hereby approve the re-appointment of MARK ANDREW IZEMAN as a member of the Citywide Recycling Advisory Board for the remainder of a one-year term that began on November 26, 2002 and expires on November 25, 2003.
